How you will get your designs
Once notification of payment is received, I will email your designs to the email
address that is listed on the PayPal receipt unless I am notified otherwise within 24 hours. I will send PES, HUS,
JEF and VIP formats in a zip file. If you need another format other that those listed, please contact me via email:
downstownlady@embarqmail.com and I will do what I can to convert the designs into your format.
In the event of a snail mail order by check or money order, please be sure to include
the email address in your correspondence.
Shipping and Handling
If designs are requested on CD there will be a
$10.00 charge in addition to the design purchase to cover the cost of the CD and the Shipping, Handling and Insurance by US
Priority Mail. If another shipping method is requested then the buyer must pay the additional cost.

Returns
Customers often ask what my return policy is. I aim for customer satisfaction.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, I want to hear about it. Let me know if something is wrong and I
will do what I can to make it right.
Why I will make every effort to solve any problems you may encounter, due
to the nature of the embroidery design business, once a design has been purchased and sent, there can be no return
of funds or designs.
I will be happy to work with you to help solve the problems, but please understand
that I can not refund your money for purchases that have been sent either by email or regular mail.
